Job Summary:
We are seeking hardworking and dependable Construction Site Cleaning Helpers to maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites. This role involves removing construction debris, assisting with general site cleanup, and supporting crews to ensure projects stay efficient and compliant with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Remove trash, debris, and leftover materials from construction sites.
- Sweep, shovel, and clean work areas including interiors, exteriors, and common spaces.
- Load debris into dumpsters or hauling trucks.
- Perform rough and final cleaning of newly constructed or renovated spaces.
- Clean windows, floors, walls, and fixtures as needed.
- Ensure walkways and work areas remain safe and hazard-free.
- Assist construction crews with basic labor tasks when required.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE (hard hat, gloves, boots, etc.).
- Properly sort and dispose of materials (wood, metal, drywall, etc.).
- Report safety hazards or issues to supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Previous construction or cleaning experience preferred (not required).
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods.
- Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Work Environment:
- Active construction sites (residential and/or commercial).
- Exposure to dust, debris, noise, and changing weather conditions.
- Requires standing, bending, lifting, and walking for long periods.
